Bob Vieno1969 - Present

Business consultant, trainer and public speaker for over 30 years. Trained thousands of companies throughout North America, such as Commonwealth Propane, Pizza Hut, Textilease, AmeriPride, Western Uniform & Towel Service, Century 21, General Medical, Chuck Norris Karate Studio and WRVQ Radio, to name a few.

Wrote and produced numerous training programs, including:  Secrets of Successful Selling, The Chase Selling System, Professional Management Techniques, The Chase Sales Management System, Professional Telephone Selling Techniques, Keeping Customers (Versions I & II - for front-line customer service and route training) and Employee Team-Building & Development Skills.

Developed The Chase Selling System, a highly efficient turn-key selling system for companies with outside salespeople. Most clients experience a 35 to 100% increase in sales using this proven system. One client increased sales by $20 million in only 12 months.

Wrote and produced 24 video training programs used by companies such as Ford Motor Company, AT&T Communications, Philip Morris, Federal Express, CBS, Inc., Goodyear and Toro International.

1965 - 1969

Line One Field Manager for Combined Insurance Company of America. Affiliated with W. Clement Stone, Chairman of the Board and co-author of Success Through a Positive Mental Attitude.

Responsible for hiring and field-training salespeople. Operated one of the most profitable territories in the US, with an above average customer-retention ratio.

Broke industry sales records by selling over 100 insurance policies in one week, 52 times in a three-year period. Also sold 88 policies in one day and 240 in one week, all made while cold-calling door-to-door.

1960 - 1965

Account Executive (Advertising) for WVEC TV.

General Manager and on-air announcer for WTID Radio.
